Q.Do they always have to ship overnight with ice?

A Yes they do and they should be refrigerated upon arrival.

Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?

A. At least 5 days refrigerated in the bottom drawer. The thicker petaled flowers such as roses will keep for 5 to 8 days.

Q. How are they delivered? 

A. Usually by Fedex and there isn't deliveries on Sundays or Mondays!

Q. Will you schedule my deliver for a date in advance?

A. Yes. I keep an event calendar, consider holidays  Sundays and Mondays when there are no deliveries, and reserve the flowers. You will get the flowers about 2 days in advance of your event.

Q Are the flowers and greens organically grown and completely free of chemicals and insecticides?

A. Yes and and most are grown hydroponically (in water without soil)

Q.When should I place my order?

A.  If you place your order by 2:00 Eastern Standard Time (Monday - Thursday), your order  can  ship the same day, for overnight delivery.  You may  also place  your order at any time and  simply state  the date  you wish to have your order  delivered in time for a future events state in the note section at check out time.. We will  schedule to harvest your  order on the day that it  ships and also overnight it 

 direct to you.

Q.What temperature should I keep my order at after I receive it?

A. Please refrigerate your MicroGreens, PetiteGreens,  Edible Flowers, Shoots & Leaves and TinyVeggies™  immediately, upon arrival. To retain the best flavor and  freshness, the temperature  should be maintained  between 38 – 40  degrees. Enjoy your purchase of  MicroGreens, Edible Flowers and Shoots & Leaves within  five days for the utmost in flavor. PetiteGreens and Tiny  Veggies™ should be fresh for use for 5 - 7 days.

Q. Do the Candied and /or Crystallized Edible Flowers need to be shipped overnight?

A. No they are not.
