To retain the best flavor and freshness, the temperature should be maintained between 38 – 40 degrees. Enjoy your purchase of Micro Greens, Fresh Edible Flowers and Shoots & Leaves within five days for the utmost in flavor. Petite Tiny Greens and Micro Veggies should be fresh for use for 5 - 7 days. Please schedule your delivery day accordingly.
Crystallized Flowers and Herb & Flower Crystals are their very best used within 2 weeks of purchase. They should be kept cool and dry. Please try and avoid humid conditions. Crystallized items should not to be refrigerated.
Candies, lollipops made with flowers should not be frozen or refrigerated, however stored in a cool dark room or cupboard. Sunlight will fade their colors after a while.

As with any type of produce, because of their delicate nature, it is recommended for GENTLY SPRAYING TO WASH BEFORE USE.. Herb & Flower Crystals are dried and are therefore shelf stable. They last about 6 months but are best used within one month of purchase. They should be kept cool and dry. Please try to avoid humid storing conditions.

A Yes they do and they should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?
A. At least 5 days refrigerated in the bottom drawer. The thicker petaled flowers such as roses will keep for 5 to 8 days.

A. Usually by Fedex and there isn't deliveries on Sundays or Mondays!
