If you are freezing them in ice cubes or baking them on cookies, they should ship when you have the time to freeze them etc. and then they are preserved for cocktails or desserts.

If they are needed for a special event in the future, then it is best that you get your calendar out first, mark the date they are needed and backtrack to the closest TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY or FRIDAY, and add TWO days before they are needed and order that day. They are harvested the day of shipment and ship Priority Fed Ex overnight with ice. Allow the extra day for bad weather conditions at airports. The flowers will be stored in coolers and delivery the next day*We ship priority overnight Tuesday-Friday for delivery the next morning Wednesday-Saturday (ETA by 12:00 pm, depending on your shipping location) . We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, we need a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship a different way, as the items are perishable.
