They are fresh and NOT candied and are shipped with an ice pack by Expedited mail 2 working days before your event They should be refrigerated until party time and then it is SHOW TIME! Please enter the date they are need in the note section at checkout

PLEASE understand that the flowers are perishable and we are not responsible for orders you place too early or too late for an event date.
If you are freezing them in ice cubes or baking them on cookies, they should ship when you have the time to freeze them etc. and then they are preserved for cocktails or desserts.
If they are needed for a special event in the future, then it is best that you get your calendar out first, mark the date they are needed and backtrack to the closest TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY or FRIDAY, and add TWO days before they are needed and order that day. They are harvested the day of shipment and ship Priority Fed Ex overnight with ice. Allow the extra day for bad weather conditions at airports. The flowers will be stored in coolers and delivery the next day
*We ship priority overnight Tuesday-Friday for delivery the next morning Wednesday-Saturday (ETA by 12:00 pm, depending on your shipping location) . We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, we need a physical address for delivery. We cannot ship a different way, as the items are perishable.

We have a cut-off time of 11am PST for same day shipping orders. We recommend delivery a day before your event so the flowers can be as fresh as possible for your use. Crystallized Flowers and Herb & Flower Crystals are their very best used within 2 weeks of purchase. They should be kept cool and dry. Please try and avoid humid conditions. Crystallized items should not to be refrigerated.

Candies, lollipops made with flowers should not be frozen or refrigerated, however stored in a cool dark room or cupboard. Sunlight will fade their colors after a while. So store in shade.

As with any type of produce, because of their delicate nature, it is recommended for GENTLY SPRAYING TO WASH BEFORE USE.. Herb & Flower Crystals are dried and are therefore shelf stable. They last about 6 months but are best used within one month of purchase. They should be kept cool and dry. Please try to avoid humid storing conditions.
