Sold in 4 ounce bags only. The emerald cut gems are approx. 1 inch long and 3/4 inch wide and are flat and lay nicely on your tongue.
NOTE: Stop by this section of my shop for all of the candies, lollipops and edible gifts that are made with whisky,tequila, rum, brandy, champagne and beer. If you have a special request of your own, let me know and I will try it out and make it for you. The vodkas and gin don't offer much flavor to the hard candy but they are fine for infused fresh chocolate covered strawberries:)

They have to be made in very small batches to get them to harden well, but I think they are worth my time I ship them in double sealed foil packs so they stay fresh

Enjoy your purchase of Micro Greens, Fresh Edible Flowers and Shoots & Leaves within five days for the utmost in flavor. Petite Tiny Greens and Micro Veggies should be fresh for use for 5 - 7 days.
Crystallized Flowers and Herb & Flower Crystals are their very best used within 2 weeks of purchase. They should be kept cool and dry. Please try and avoid humid conditions. Crystallized items should not to be refrigerated.
Candies, lollipops made with flowers should not be frozen or refrigerated, however stored in a cool dark room or cupboard. Sunlight will fade their colors after a while.

Q.Do they always have to ship overnight with ice?
A Yes they do and they should be refrigerated upon arrival.
Q. How long do they stay fresh after arrival?
A. At least 5 days refrigerated in the bottom drawer. The thicker petaled flowers such as roses will keep for 5 to 8 days.
Q. How are they delivered?
A. Usually by Fedex and there isn't deliveries on Sundays or Mondays!
