birthstones. I make these without flavoring so that they don't interfere with the flavor of your icing. They are still sweet and fun to eat.

Great little cake decoration hard candy gems or a cheerful energy snack treat. I'll make them in all colors in the flavors listed below.

Here are the approximate quantities in my resealable stand up barrier packs :
2 ounces 30 gems 1/4 cup
4 ounces (oz)pack -at least 60 Gem Stones
8 ounces (oz) l pack - at least 120 Gem Stones
16 ounces (1 pound)pack - at least 240 Gem Stones
5 pounds (5)1 pound packs) - at least 1200 gems

If you would like 2 colors to mix or three or four, it isn't hard to figure out.
For example - if you need 240 gems to decorate a wedding cake. That is about how many that are in a 1 pound foil pack. Say you want 4 different colors. Then because a pound is 16 ounces. Divide your total by 4 and buy 4 foil packs of 4 oz . Each in a different color that you want and mix them together.

The Packs are sealed and resealable and air tight. Keep your sugar candy in a cool dry place
Do Not freeze or refrigerate.
